The best and the worst...So far at Jaguar, we took the waiter's suggestions and we ended up with the best they have to serve. The Ceviche Spoon Sampler is worth the $12 so you can decide what you like. The best 2 out of 6 "spoons" was the Ceviche Oriental and the Ceviche Vuelve a la Vida. The lobster stuffed poblano pepper was decent but unfortunately served at room temperature which means it was probably made at the beginning of the day and frozen but not cooked to perfection. However, the highlight of the night was the Swordfish "a lo macho" which has shrimps & calamari, aji amarillo sauce w/ saffron, brandy & Pernod, served on house white rice. Top 5 best fish dishes I've ever had. Enjoy.
